Pre-manufactured universal one-layer security seals that we always keep in stock in sufficient quantities. These labels can be used as warranty seals or certificates of authenticity if numbered. Any seal that has been removed in a non-authorized way can be easily recognized as the metallic layer gets removed in the peel-off attempt and remains stuck to the bottom glue layer. Once removed, the hologram cannot be fraudulently re-applied to any other product.

Single-layer holograms
Single-layer hologram labels represent the baseline hologram distinguished by its lowest production cost. The label bears a thin metallic layer the level of which is microscopically eroded; the light breaks at such eroded surface creating the well-known holographic rainbow effect of incidence of light at a certain angle. This metallic layer is covered by a transparent protective foil that separates from the metallic layer in an attempted peel-off (or transfer) of the hologram label. The metallic layer remains stuck to the surface while the transparent is torn off together with tiny bits of the metallic layer. The unprotected metallic layer is highly prone to damage – it loses its readability after a single rubbing. Hence, the hologram is invalidated at first glance.

Numbered single-layer holograms
These are standard single-layer hologram with a unique serial number, most often laser cut in order to remove the metallic layer. The label is transparent where the metallic layer is removed. Numbers can also be printed by thermal transfer printing. These numbered labels are always kept in stock in sufficient quantities. Thanks to the numbering, they are used to secure efficiently important documents such as contracts, resolutions, permissions, reports, certificates, licences, confirmation letters or asset classification. The hologram’s unique numbers increase significantly the security level as no seal bears the same number. Hence, you can purchase at a low production cost a security hologram that, in some respects, provides the same level as custom-made holograms, even though it is produced and sold in large lots. Any non-authorized attempt to remove the seal is easily recognized thanks to the metallic layer that gets torn off in the removal attempt and remains stuck to the bottom layer of glue.
