H124 Heat shrink sleeve on the bottlenecks to secure them - transparent

You surely know these unique shrink sleeves from each bottle of wine, sparkling wine, syrup or beverages, various food tubes, bottles of detergents, and other chemicals. You can also find it on medicines and further bottles, whose bottleneck is sealed using this security foil.

These shrinking sleeve foils fulfils several basic the functions together. The most fundamental function is the protection against unauthorized bottle opening – or so-called seal. After the bottle opening the shrink sleeve needs to be broken, thereby it is obvious that the bottle has been opened. The second basic function of these shrink sleeves is to make the opening harder, for example to small children. The sleeve is relatively difficult to remove from the bottleneck, and if there is no perforation present, the bottleneck is perfectly protected. Various chemicals might be secured this way, those which shouldn´t be handled by children. The third and simultaneously one of the major functions of shrink sleeves is above all the increase in exclusivity and hand in hand with the product’s value. Shrink sleeves can be printed and used as secondary labels as well. There is possibility to have, for example printed manufacturer’s logo, which will complement the main label on the bottleneck. The product thus gains the hallmark of originality and certain qualitative standard.

Shrink sleeves are suitable for both glass and plastic bottles (PET).

Shrink sleeves for bottlenecks are very eligible for example for small winemakers, who can easily produce bottles comparable with bigger market competitors by their own. They are appropriate for various bottlers, distilleries, for chemical packaging, for packaging of vials with medicines and for further applications, where the bottleneck needs to be secured this way. They are very convenient for hotel minibars, to seal small bottles with alcohol that are sometimes drunk by unwanted guests and then filled by water to avoid their payment. Once the seal is torn, it is visible that the alcohol has been consumed. They are also applicable in pubs or restaurants to secure alcohol and to prevent the bottling practices of the bottles being re-poured by waiters followed by hiding the true revenues. These shrink packaging can be applied even for more uses, there are almost no limits for your fantasy.
