A special red VOID tape (width 100 mm) to cover the camera lenses on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and camera lenses of various sizes in order to prevent any unauthorized pictures taking in restricted areas. The tape is supposed to be used for a production of custom-made stickers with original printing. To print on the tape, you can easily use any standard laser or TTR printer and then you can cut the tape – manually or on a plotter – into original numbered stickers with a logo or a text that suit yours needs. The entire surface of the tape acts as a non-residual VOID sticker – in any attempted peel-off, its top red layer cracks and reveals a repeated VOID inscription in a regular grid.
The protective tape meets the requirements on a very quick application, fool-proof barring of the camera use and absolutely trouble-free peel-off guaranteeing no glue residues are left on the covered areas. The VOID layer plays an important role here as it indicates any attempt to uncover the camera lens by highlighting the VOID inscription on the removed part of the tape. Based on a prescribed security scenario, should any tampering with the camera lens be detected during an inspection, a respective security procedure is triggered off. Typically, this may apply to any group tours in the premises where no picture taking is permitted, such as car industry hi-tech operations, nuclear power plants, state printing offices, new product launch events for selected groups of people and other higher security risk premises.
The tape shows qualities very similar to those of other non-residual seals that we offer, it is optimized to surface treatment of mobile phone camera lenses. Special production technology of this sticker’s VOID layer guarantees no residues are left on the surface after the sticker is peeled off as well as high adhesion to problematic, not completely smooth surfaces. Unlike other VOID stickers, when removed, it does not break up between the part stuck to the base and the top foil layer with the graphic design. Despite the very high adhesion to all kinds of surfaces, the sticker will leave no residues of glue when peeled off. The glue consistency in terms of bond strength is similar to that of adhesive rubber. This allows, among others, to apply the stickers to complex surfaces where hologram labels could be peeled off too easily and the VOID text would not come up. It is recommended to clean (de-grease) the surface for ideal application.
When taking pictures through this foil, the final photo comes out blurred in a slightly pink tone with only intensive spot lights visible as circles of a lighter shade of the colour.
The tape is delivered on a 106mm-wide base liner.

The price is set per 1 m of tape; when ordering a longer tape (more metres), the tape is delivered in a single piece; the tape can only be ordered by whole metres.
If requested, it is possible to print texts, numbers or a logo in black as per your specifications using thermal transfer printing (printing is not included in the base price).

The tape needs to be stuck to the surface for at least 5 minutes in order to ensure its proper adhesion and functioning.
